**Reservation Cancellations or Changes. All Changes are to be made in accordance with the following cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departures. Changes to reservations must be made prior to arrival in accordance with the same advance notice that applies to cancellations for the various types of sites; otherwise, refunds will not be given. Canceling a reservation. In order to recieve a deposit refund (less a $10.00 administrative fee) the following minimum requirements must be met:
Individual RV or Tent site - 48 hours
Kabins, Kottages, ot Lodges - one week before the day of arrival
Groups and mutliple site reservations - from two weeks to 30 days depending on number of sites reserved.
Major Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) - two weeks before the day of arrival.
**Minimum Stays. There is a minimum stay requirement for holidays only. For Memorial Day Weekend, July 4, and Labor Day, there is a three night minimum stay for all sites. For Easter and Thanksgiving, there is a two night minimum stay. These minimum stays apply to all sites, Kabins, Kottages, Lodges and Trailers.
**Visitors. Visitors are allowed for day use only. All visitors must come to store to register and recieve a car tag prior to going to a site. Visitors will be charged $5.00 per person (no charge for children under 3) on arrival. Visitors departing in 2 hours or less will have their fee refunded. ALL VISITORS MUST DEPART BY 10:00 PM.
**Site Occupancy. A maximum of six people are allowed per site. Exceptions will be made for individual immediate families larger than six people. Two pets and two vehicles are permitted at all sites. No more than one van, one tent trailer, or one RV are permitted at RV sites. No RVs are permitted at Kabins, Kottages, Lodges or Rental Trailers.
